Didn’t track automatically but paid out after submitting a missing cashback claim. Total time waiting for pay-out was 11 weeks - not good enough from a merchant who claim to be ‘Faster Paying’.

Cashback didn't track, logged a claim and its been declined, even though I haven't returned any of the goods i brought. Won't be ordering from them online again as there is no incentive too when I receive more points instore.
