Very disappointed - no cashback as Boots don't recognise my purchase. I always clear cookies etc etc and definitely went through TCB but somehow, something didn't work. C'est la vie.

Inconsistent payout (sometimes and this is too frequently, never tracks or pays out). After logging a support ticket, always told this is not tracked etc, one excuse after the other. I work in IT and am very computer savvy, I'm fully aware my purchases will have tracked. It's disapointing a big corporate isn't honest and pays out. Also, so what if the order hasn't tracked, you have my order number and can see it is honest and has been paid for - just an excuse. Puts me off spending with such brands that cannot honour what they offer.
