Ridiculously slow to pay cashback - still awaiting payout for transaction made in March 2020, which has been stuck at ‘confirmed’ stage for several months. I now see from my earnings page that estimated payout “speed” is 27 weeks!!! How can this be, when other major merchants pay much more quickly. Also, cashback does not track with Boots (despite taking all advice as per Top CashBack website) - had to open missing cashback claim. Therefore I do not recommend shopping with Boots - not only due to cashback issues, but because my order was lost in transit and Boots then supposedly had insufficient stock to provide a full replacement order, so I was unable to take full advantage of a particularly good special offer which was available at the time.
