Good Prices, fast delivery but appalling customer services. Was unable to order online for weeks and despite many emails nobody did any thing about it. So I did a lot of shopping in Superdrug instead

Great site and reliably pay. The only downside is they now charge the same for collecting at your local branch as they do for delivery. I'm unsure how they can justify this as most items would be in stock. It does mean that if you are going to collect, any cashback gained is less than the unnecessary charge.
