	Worked as it should. No drama. No fuss. A bit stingy on the cashback level. Could be better considering the size of the company & brand - A British institution. Other than that, their customer service was second to none.

	Cashback recorded and paid very promptly. Delivery of exactly what I asked for exactly when I asked for it. Good customer service - only thing I can fault is a 'customer service' call that was actually a sell of a very poor value insurance policy

	Won't be using Boots Kitchen Appliances for cashback again! Purchase fridge in May, no cashback tracked so lodge a claim... took Boots nearly 4 months to come back with a reply and was told no cashback will be giving because topcashback was not the last referrer (thats rubbish because I only purchase the fridge via topcashback only!). BKA will not budge and that is the end my claim and I can't do anything about it! Great excuse BKA!!!

	Buyers be aware Cashback from Boots Appliances excludes VAT. I bought my item just before Christmas for £300. But they only paid me cashback on £255. (£300 - 17.5%). Now VAT is 20% reduce your cashback expectations by 20%!

	I have been totally conned by this website. I was due over £15 in cashback, but they have alleged that I went through another cashback site, who they will not name (which I have not), and are refusing to pay up. They say they will not pay twice, but I have not receice a single penny from them. Do not use!!

	First time I ordered with Boots kitchen appliances it tracked and paid out relatively quickly. Made a second purchase and unfortunately not the same experience. Purchase tracked fine but cashback got declined. Seems to be happening frequently recently judging by recent reviews.

	Purchased a freezer online in mid July 2012 and everything went fine - even got my Boots points almost immediately. BUT the purchase failed to track and a manual claim is still - almost 7 months later - 'waiting for merchant' despite numerous nudges. OK it's only £9.98 on a £499 purchase but it does seem that if such things go wrong then cashback is very rarely received. TC don't actually seem to actively chase up this merchant, either?!

	Really disappointed. The cashback from nearly £700 was one of the selling points that persuaded me to purchase from this retailer. I had to submit a cashback claim and received the response 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' I have not received anything from any other marketing channel. Would put me off using Boots Appliances again if I could buy the same thing elsewhere.

	AVOID! Took nearly 18 months for any feedback, only to be told my cashback has been credited to another company! I only use Topcashback and typed the address in manually! Waste of time/space.

	I purchased from Boots Kitchen Appliances back in Feb 2010, didn't track so I put in a claim which TCB said they submitted but haven't heard a thing since - despite nudging every month! Very disappointing. Would not buy from them again (let down on delivery too).

	Dishwasher brought and paid for using this portal and was tracked but BOOTS Appliances refused to cough up some excuse about which was not off my making but there own obviously cant be trusted and do not honour what they advertise on this portal . Top cashback has stuck to the mantra we don't get paid you don't but as of todays date still advertising the same on the online portal
