I always seem to have a problem with this firm as when I try to pay by credit card they ask for the mastercard secure key information which I have not set up so have to ring them to give credit card details over the phone which then doesn't track as counted as a telephone order. It doesn't seem to matter what credit card I use they ask for information I have not set up.

Boots have not paid my cashback of £19 even tho I spent £500 in 2 orders and my visits were recorded, I am still chasing this after 6 months, do NOT use boots appliances.

Have spent lots of money recently on extending a house. Every merchant has tracked and paid other than Boots Kitchen appliances. I went straight to their site and purchased both a hob and cooker on two separate occasions. Neither tracked and they declined both missing cashback claims saying I had gone through other sites which I hadn't . Very poor and won't use again. On top of that my hob was delivered way after the delivery date scheduled and noone told me that the supplier ( Zanussi) had delayed delivery so waited an extra week for it and only discovered what was happening when called to find out why my hob wasn't delivered on the selected date.

very negative, followed the tabs and TCB has informed me that the agency in the middle has declined my claim. Really bad!! no guarantees

Ordered on sunday and paid to have express delivery to get washer here by wednesday. The purchase didn't acknowledge so reentered details twice still didnt order so gave up. Amex called 3 mins later worried I was being fleeced as 3 lots of 300 quid had gone from my account in minutes! They stopped two payments but 1st went through. Today is wednesday and no washer so rang up, they have no record of me or my order or the 300 quid they have of mine!
Totally Hopeless- have now ordered from the COOP as I should have done in 1st place, it will be here tomorrow!

Beware, this took ages to track and had to be chased - my purchase was February 2010. Eventually paid but they only pay less VAT, less delivery, less recycling and there's no warning to that effect on the front page of the link. Overall, it would have been cheaper to go elsewhere - I only purchased from this site because of the cashback.

They took the order and money for the electric oven on the 5th November and delivery arranged for 30th Nov. All seemed OK until Friday 26th November when they e-mailed to say the goods would now be delivered week commencing 7th January. My kitchen was being installed on the 4th December and could not be without an oven over Christmas. They should have advised earlier that the goods were not available. Very disappointing.

Very poor, Have been using top cash back for 2 yrs now, spent over £600 and they have refused to pay even though everything was done correctly. Order from someone else if you want your cashback!

Bought fridge freezer tons cheaper than Currys. excellent service very prompt cashback, competitive prices plus boots bonus points. Phoned to time the delivery and unpacked and placed fridge freezer. I would definately recommend Boots kitchen appliances.
