Hadn't thought of using Boots to replace broken oven but glad I did. Delivered within 24 hours. Tracked and confirmed within a month. Great customer service. Would def recommend.

Boots were very thorough. Telephoning me to explain what would happen regarding my delivery, albeit that they added in a little market research at the same time! I received a text to tell me my delivery slot and the guys turned up within that time slot. Very happy with this and would use them again!

excellent Co. ordered integrated zanussi fridge freezer.the fitting kit was poor,
Boots collected the \zanussi and delivered a Bosch next day ( on a Sunday)
the Bosch fitting kits are excellent.

Very happy with product, delivery etc, but got no cashback as they said I had not used top cashback (I know I did). I notice someone else has the same problem (below) on the same date as I ordered - 2nd May. Makes me wonder if there was a glitch of some sort that day???

This is the second time we have bought a large kitchen appliance from Boots and each time they have been excellent. Plenty of info on delivery times; delivered on time and done professionally. The delivery men even put on overshoes before coming into the house.

Paying extra for next day delivery was well worthwhile. Given 4 hour time-slot for delivery and even though this was missed by approx 1 hour (not unexpected due to severe weather conditions), I was able to phone customer services, they contacted the driver and updated me on expected delivery time.

Boots were very helpful on the phone when we had a slight problem with cooker and engineer was sent out all resolved very easily, delivery on time and points on card added no problem
