I am VERY happy with Banggood. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced, through the internet or otherwise. Like many people I worry about purchasing goods from anywhere outside of my own, but I can promise you all you have nothing to fear with Banggood, they are always more than happy to assist with any issues you may have and always do in a friendly manor. I am so glad I found this site and will be using them for many years to come!

First off, and the most important bit for this site is that cashback is tracked quickly and payout is only a month or so too!! Now for more about my Banggood experience.... I bought 2 flashlights from Banggood (after many previous orders with them), the flashlights have a magnetic ring on the back allowing them to be fixed to metal surfaces for use on the road or in random spots. I received both flashlights in around 14 days from ordering, both worked fine but one had the magnetic ring missing (which was annoying). So I contacted Banggood customer services via their online form simply asking if it would be possible to send a replacement magnetic ring as the torch itself works fine. After about 20hrs later I got a response that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would be sending me a complete replacement flashlight and no cost and did not ask for the other to be returned!! Amazing customer service, no hassle at all and I will continue to spend £££'s with them in the future. A special tanks goes out to Linda from the CS team ;) :)

Had several orders from Banggood. Cashback is shown on my earnings almost instantly, and does not take long to progress to payable stage. Have two problems with orders which have been resolved very quickly by Banggood customer services. I would highly recommend this seller

“I ordered many times from them. I all cases, in one way or another if I had a problem they solved it. Most of the times they have good barging, and as for cheep stuff you cannot expect exceptional quality. As for delivery time some items come quickly, and sometimes slow. But it is same situation like in eBay. If you buy over the Internet you need to be prepared for it. Everyone buys from China because it is cheaper, but expect it to arrive in few days. That doesn't work. ”

Kind of in love with them. They just work so hard for the customer. They value long-term business. Dead cheap! Really...nice watches for 15 quid, Apple-beating smartphones for a third of the price, and I would go nowhere else for my quadcopter/rc stuff. Huge range. Great service.
