Nothing ever tracks and pays without a chase, they welch on the offer
I shop at Asda every week, I click through from Topcashback but they never track to payout. I have to keep lodging tickets and then if you use one of their own giftcards towards your shopping, normally bought from Topcashback gift cards they refuse to payout. Very poor merchant if I didnt have a delivery pass I would stop using them.

ASDA £3 Cash Back on £48.00 online Purchase
It is great to get cash back from ASDA, for existing customers, especially with the high cost of living (groceries & toiletries). We decided to be a regular monthly online shopper, due to the cashback. It seems to take a month to get the £3 cashback. We appreciate the cash back from ASDA. Thank you ASDA, it helps our family/household.

Asda don't want cashback customers
Asda don't always supply an order number compatable with TCB many of my orders have an order number begining with a 2 which is NOT recognized by TCB.It seems I always need a support ticket as Asda does not appear without intervention.

I use Asda Groceries online via topcashbck once a week. I follow all the correct procedures but never does my order register for cashback. I have to submit it & this obviously is time consuming for myself and who ever deals with my issue.

Never get cash back from Asda even I ordered from the laptop, and the claim takes months to review. I can get cash back from other merchants, but not from Asda.Very disappointed.

I didn't expect to get cashback from a major supermarket. I would have bought the products (electric blankets) from them anyway because they were the best price, so to get cashback AS WELL is a real bonus!

Actually getting the cashback has been very hit and miss for me. Sometimes very straightforward while other times needing to claim but still not necessarily getting the cashback. Asda don't like returns - even for unsuitable substititions despite not being able to allow these or give suggestions. I've also been declined for paying with a gift card which is not a valid reason although purchasing a gift card is.

When using correct browser Cashback goes in quickly. Otherwise when using outdated browser or iPad it may not track. However if you message Customer Services the details, they will kindly sort it out for you.
