	Two Asda claims didn't track!!! Unlucky eh?!?!? Put in two Asda grocery orders both with a bonus, but neither tracked! Claimed after 7 days and both dealt with promptly. One fully paid. Other not paid because an item costing over £5 was not delivered, reducing order value below £40 minimum!! Took up with Asda 4 times, but got nowhere with foreign call centre staff who kept thinking I was talking about the Asda Rewards programme!! Frustration, but will keep trying.

	Asda review Have had to put in claims each time to Asda top cash back but was worth it when the claims come through.

	shop is not tracking through to cashback site I shop on a weekly basis on line and I am continually having to put claims in on the Topcashback site as my orders are not tracking through.

	Does TCB have a problem with ASDA rewards? ASDA itself is great. Since starting to use the ASDA Rewards app (on Android) I've not had a single TCB transaction track with them. The vast majority of these transactions didn't use any "reward vouchers". Beginning to think TCB simply doesn't like ASDA rewards and bins off the transaction.

	Great asda always delivers when requested.. never any issues.. except the one time they sent me PG tips instead of Yorkshire Tea.. PG tips are rubbish :P

	Never tracks Not one purchase has ever tracked. That said most are paid when making a claim and the cash back is a good deal.

	No Cashback. Twice I’ve shopped online twice with asda via TopCashback and haven’t received the cashback offer. Every other merchant I’ve shopped with have been spot on but no word, no nothing from Asda. Shame

	Could be better ! Why accept some transactions and randomly decline others, when clearly there is a click record ? ..... I really think you could do better for your customers.

	Slow and never tracks, but does eventually pay out. Every single order from Asda does not track correctly, so every week I have to open a claim, then every week later I need to send a nudge. This is really infuriating and unnecessary, as no other retailer that I use has this issue. Asda do eventually pay out, but it is quite a faff.

	VERY Bad experience My order was amended by Asda because some items were not available. Then they don’t give me cashback. I was totally passive in this case and not eligible for New Customer offer anymore!

	Have to make a claim every time Every time I have to make a claim with Asda which takes months and is extremely annoying. Having just recently finally got 2 purchases from last year recognised I now see a purchase i made 12 days ago has not made it yet again to my earnings, so I am just about to go through all the hassle of making yet another claim

	Never tracks. Always have to put in a claim on every purchase. Purchases never track for this merchant. Have to put in a claim for every purchase.
