	Incorrectly declining cashback For most of the transactions, they decline the cashback and don't give a proper reason or explanation. Missing cashback claims are not resolved for long time, and ultimately will decline.

	Cash back not tracked on last 7 occasions I have ordered from asda every week for years and always had cash back. Since May 23 none of my orders have tracked and not got any cash back

	Weekly shop just place my weekluy order through Top cash back and voila - £3 a week. it appears in pendng the next day - however can take over a month to appear in final wallet. Would be nice to know how long the "pending" period is.

	Declined cashback because IT made a mistake Absolutely the worst, had cashback declined because they substituted the wrong items so I had to return them. Useless. Don't bother with Asda.

	Attractive Bonus and Extremely Fast Payment I got the bonus through "Click and Collect" as a first time buyer. Once I completed the transaction, Asda immediately updated my status. The whole payment process was much faster than what I expected. I already got my payment from Asda a few days ago while I am still waiting for another retailer to give me the bonus of which the purchase was done even much earlier than Asda. The great job and efficiency of Asda gave me a happy on-line shopping experience .

	Words fail me Bought some champagne for wife's birthday. Made it up to 6 bottles to get the 25%. Awarded cashback as new customer for Click & Collect almost immediately. Then cashback declined. No idea why. At the very least I must have been an existing customer, therefore due cashback at a lower rate. Looking at recent reviews, the new Asda Rewards scheme was introduced just as problems began with cashback.

	TopCashback? I have had 6 click&collect orders since last April, but, only one of them automatically tracked. I tired of chasing those missing cashbacks, not only for Asda, and I ask myself if it's all worthwhile shopping through this website, knowing how stessful to chase and waiting for long.

	Asda Home Shopping Asda never pay out I always have to make a claim. Once the claim is lodged they pay cash back but it’s very poor.

	Awful Awful! I have to claim cashback every time that I use it. Now I can't get to customer services because I've been told that I have redirected too many times! Not happy!

	Very POOR 9 times out of 10 cash back declined, mostly due to order being changed (by ASDA) as they dont have stock at time of delivery or unsuitable substitutes. Why should the customer be blamed when the order value falls below the minimum value at time of delivery due to ASDA not being able to supply. Cant use Rewards vouchers or Gift Cards to pay as that gets cashback declined. Used to be very good but this last 6 months dont expect cashback most times

	Rubbish, the cash back never tracks and I have to make a claim every time Cash back was earned from making an online purchase but every time I do it it doesn’t track so I have to make a claim to get the cash back, which does eventually come through but it’s a pain having to keep doing this.
