Declined all cashback since Aug 2024
Everyone of my transactions with Asda have been declined.
Top cashback customer service are useless and just say declined by Asda even though I've spent More than £48 excluding VAT.
This merchant needs removing, absolutely useless. Would give 0 stars if it was an option

No cash back paid from 4th MARCH 2025 ASDA GROCERIES.
Shopping weekly at ASDA GROCERIES. on line. I have received no cash back paid into my account.I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CLAIM BACK ON CUSTOMER HELP BUT YOU DO NOT MAKE IT EASY. NO cashback since 4th March 2025. Hope I GET SOME HELP NOW. THANK YOU. VERONICA ROBERTS.

Wish there was a zero stars option
After reading the reviews on here I decided to have a look at my earnings. I do a monthly shop which is delivered and not 1 of them have tracked. I should have kept a better eye on this as the only claim I can put in now is for my last order in April. I get the page telling me it’s been tracked & never really thought much more about it.
This absolutely would get 0 stars if it was an option

Diabolical!!
My Asda cashback has not once tracked, I've had to submit a claim everytime which is very frustrating! Then Asda take forever to confirm and pay out. My 1st order through topcashback was in January of this year, we're now May and I still haven't received any cashback. I've since placed many orders as I'm unable to get out to shop in store after surgery but haven't received any cashback and I've had to submit a claim each time! I'm trying other food chains now as Asda don't deserve my loyalty when it isn't valued.

Never tracks automatically
Asda cashback never automatically tracks and every time I have to raise a missing cashback claim, hardly seems worth it for 80p a time. They do pay out eventually though, I've not had a claim rejected.

Initial pay out then got nothing
We get over £100 from Asda groceries every week and we've earnt no cash back since our first shop. Not much point in signing in to Top Cash back every week for our weekly shop.

Cashback NEVER tracks
As stated in title, purchases never track. Always having to put in a claim that is then ‘put on ice’ for months. I am seriously considering getting my groceries from elsewhere.

I try every week.. but rarely get anything
I used to get cashback from Asda on a regular basis. Now it seems I'm lucky to get it at all! Too many 'cop-outs' now, not sure if this is Asda or Topcashback restrictions.
Seems like a waste of time trying to get it.

Rubbish
If any of your items are substituted they decline your cashback. It's ridiculous. I put in quite expensive orders with Asda and all have been rejected. The chance of substitutions or things being OOS is very high so why even have them on here?

Very poor
I used to get the cashback without problem but since last year it is regularly declined and the amount of "spend" shown is always reduced by about £20 which disallows me from putting in a claim - this is a most disingenuous cashback offer and I am surprised that TopCashBack continues to show Asda as a participating member - the bad name of Asda rubs off onto TopCashback.

Not worth the effort
Asda keep changing the goalposts for this cashback - you wouldn't mind if it was a decent amount but 85p! Ours started declining at the beginning of the year but I could see that the order value was below the £48 threshold (bearing in mind VAT is not included). Realised today that it was substantially lower than what could be classed as VAT and checked the terms and found that they have add gift cards as an exclusion again after this being removed the last time I checked. It makes more sense to get the discounted gift card than get the top cashback as the saving is greater but the constant rule changes is rather annoying.
