I was meant be getting 10% plus £5 cash back on a gopro 5 order. Weeks later still no sign of it and i made a complaint and still not heard back from topcashback. very very very very bad

Very disappointed! I spent over £160 on kids toys on the Black Friday weekend as the cash back was 20%. Yah right! The payment is due to be paid any day to me (4 weeks after purchase) and the cash back amount showing is very small compared to what it should be. I am very disappointed with this and if TopCashBack doesn't sort this out I will be even more upset. Their tracking is horrible!
