Bought my Christmas Fitbit through Argos, and it did not track. Also, I did not get an email at all to say I even had an order although my fitbit arrived as stated. Slightly worrying and now TCB team are trying to lodge a missing claim for me. 10% great but apparently Argos do this all the time.

On 4th July 2016 I ordered a lawnmower and expected to receive cashback of £11-99p based upon the offers shown. The purchase did not track and at the end of July 2016 I submitted a Missing Cashback claim. It has taken until now to resolve---2nd February 2017---and then this company has only paid out £2-25p ---which I have queried yet again. I will not be doing any further purchasing via this company.
