50% success rate with getting cashback from Argos. Two transactions from March 2017 I was awarded the correct amount with no issue. My last two orders, in September and November, have both been marked as Payable but both are at zero despite using the same browser/laptop/Click & Collect for all orders. No way to raise a claim or find out why it's confirmed at nothing.

Purchased Call of Duty WWII on 07.11.17 for pickup in store with a £10.00 cashback. After waiting for the returns period to end I had to raise a ticket with Topcashback to see when I was going to be credited with the monies. another month later I received £0.48 (10% of the purchase price). I have e-amiled topcashback on numerous occasions and I'm still awaiting for the issue to be resolved.
