tracked but i didn't keep the receipt which you need to do to input some numbers and exact times if you reserve and collect

Although I had reserved online, I could not use the instore machine to pay for my item and had to queue instead. However, considering it is Christmas, the service was very quick.

Shocking customer service......they have screwed up my order from start to finish! I have waited in for an order which they had cancelled in error and now the item is out of stock?????? Would never buy from them again..........terrible service and terrible customer service department!

Delivery service is appalling. Rang to give delivery details. Argos did not take down full address & attempted delivery to wrong place. When phoned to chase order no-one was interested & said it was out for delivery when in fact it had been returned to the depot. Had to make 8 phone calls to chase delivery & eventually cancelled order due to inefficient staff
