DO NOT bother buying a bed from this retailer unless you are sure you will like it. I put in an order on 01/01/09 this month and was pleased with my 'bargain' especially as the website said Saturday delivery was at no extra cost. Silent Night delivered on 25 January (much much slower del than dreams) and they WOULD NOT deliver on a Saturday which is extremely inconvenient. Only ordered from them for that reason. The mattress was so hard (my fault for buying online in the first place) and now I am still awaiting a collection so I can get a refund and order a new bed. Luckily its a spare bed but I will be buying from Dreams again!
