Don't hold your breath if you have to make a manual claim. I made a totally genuine claim with correct details in early November 2009. After TEN nudges and then finally a message to TopCashBack, I got a response in April 2010 saying that Argos wouldn't pay up. In effect the claim just sat there for FIVE MONTHS with nothing happening and as soon as I sent a message it then got actioned with a straight dismissal. Doesn't seem like Argos care much for its future business from me anyway - but then it needn't if this is typical of its response to customers - because it probably wont get any more.
