Made two purchases via TCB in July, never saw a penny in cashback. Did not track, and enquired with TCB for one of the purchases but still under the "waiting for retailer" status. Not using again considering the shoddy ordering system that keeps breaking and spits out errors right after you click to confirm your order, the long wait on customer service phone number (because they never emailed me the order confirmation despite saying they would within 24 hours, so I had no idea if I was even getting my order!), and the slow unreliable delivery service.

i made a large order with argos.. the order was split in two due to the delivery procedures, that is, one package worth 108 pounds and one of 1300 pounds. whilst i got cashback on the 108 pounds purchase, the rest of my order which was worth 1300 pounds did NOT go through the cashback system. rubbish.

As a long term user of Argos the only gripe I have with them is that I bought my goods (£500's worth) a couple of weeks before the Voucher promotion was launched. e.g spend £100 receive £20 voucher.
There was no mention in the regular newsletter of this promtion which would have been nice!

Argos posted within 24 hours but the actual payment is slower than forecast by TC, but it gets there in the end, so no probs with these.
