We ordered large heavy items, and waited in all day, only to find that they had left our order with a neighbour that we have never met!! we then had to carry the heavy items back to our house. we were refunded the delivery cost

order did not arrive on the date requested. this i was told due to the demand for the product ordered. after phone call to customer service this was sorted out and product arrived the next day.

Tracked ok, pathetic % of cashback for a company of this size, spent nearly £600 and getting just over £8 cashback!!!! You can earn more than that spending only £80 elsewhere!!!!!

RUBBISH .. Still waiting over a year for 1st cashback from Argos. Two recent purchases tracked as £0 (as pre-warned) then disappeared. Will never be using Argos again!!!!
