Ordinary cashback tracks quickly and pays out around the estimated time. Still waiting for Xmas special of click and collect to track - still says 0.00! Argos competition,although tracked - has never paid out!

Initially very easy to order goods. Was allocated a delivery slot. 1 hour before delivery was due I got a call to arrange a delivery date which was 10 days later. Terrible customer service. I could have picked up item at my local tesco
