Argos did not track two (different) competition entries. Item bought in February still only "pending". Argos customer service telephone lines are appalling - 0845 telephone number, and waiting 15, 17 and 21 minutes on the three calls I had to put through to sort out problems with order. Not impressed. As it's only a menial rate of cashback, why don't ARGOS simply pay up within a reasonable period of time? And why not employ more staff to answer their customer service calls? NOT GOOD ENOUGH ARGOS.

Without doubt the slowest cashback ever. In my opinion if they don't want to pay it, they shouldn't offer it. You simply should not have to wait months for 50p.

Purchased through cashback in January - didn't track. Have put manual claim through and nudged twice but still nothing has appeared. The cashback isn't great anyway but it all adds up.
Also did the argos competition months ago... it tracked amazingly and is confirmed but 6 months on still hasn't paid up!!

Argos customer service is horrendously bad as regards any item that they excluded from their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which includes most electronic goods such as cameras, computers, and mobile phones.
They will refuse to refund or replace a faulty item, even one returned within 4 days of purchase, with the excuse that the item must be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Therefore avoid Argos for any such products, unless you are prepared to take them to the small claims court to get any redress.

Tracked within 24 hours, became payable soon after and have received pay out quickly. No spam has been received and no unsolicited e-mail from Argos either. nice quick easy £0.50p
