While it is fair to say you will find some negative Agoda reviews below, plenty of positive remarks have been left by our members. While some people have complained about their cashback not tracking, others who have booked with the hotel service through us have clearly had no such issues. Some of the feedback you will find includes “perfect, paid on due date — no complaints from me”, “confirmed and payable within five months” and “cashback confirmed and payable within specified period”.

You will also find positive Agoda review feedback about the deals available on the Agoda site and the service provided by them. Our members have said such things as “great deals on hotel accommodation”, “great bargains to be found”, “good company with some fantastic rates. Very reliable” and “good value for money”. If you take a look on Trustpilot, you will find the vast majority of customers who have left reviews have been very complimentary, with comments including “easy and clear to book with competitive rates”, “best thing ever” and “best price and easy for booking”.

	Had an excellent first experience with Agoda. Was doubtful at first as the hotel voucher failed to appear. Several more attempts to get it resent also failed. Finally a customer service rep attempted to send it manually - failed. The problem was apparently with my email providers servers and not Agoda. The Agoda rep, not to be beaten opened an internet account, gave me the login details and sent the voucher. Bingo, problem solved. Several days down the line Talk Talk have yet to solve the server problem. So, It'll soon be goodbye Talk Talk and hello PlusNet or whoever is doing a good cashback deal on here. So, yes, a very positive experience with Agoda.

	Cashback was declined for no reason. Claimed it wasn't through topcashback but I didn't find them any other way. Never use this merchant and expect to get cash back.

	Another "Order not Fulfilled" and flimsy "can't find record of your stay" excuses for not paying cashback. AVOID AGODA for cashback purposes they are essentially offering a payout that to all intents and purposes isn't available.

	12 weeks is the stated average waiting time for cashback from Agoda. 6 months later, status is 'Confirmed' but still not payable.

	Same here - booked and stayed my trip back in March. Used Agoda as there was almost £80 cashback offer (can't remember the %) - nine MONTHs down the line and they still haven't paid up. Surely, with all the complaints on this company, TCB need to review their relationship with them. It's like misleading advertising when you have done what you are supposed to (book through them and complete the whole trip) but are not getting what you are promised. Will NOT book with them if they decide to not pay up.

	Booked an entire three week holiday through Agoda, cash back totalling £90. None approved due to indirect booking apparently. Rubbish. Never use again.

	Waste of time!! paid for the hotel, stayed at the hotel but they refuse cashback. Don't waste your time with them they obviously dont honour the cashback

	First transaction did not track, claim made and refused to pay stating"order yet to be fulfilled" As paid in full and my review of hotel published on Agoda website then this is clearly untrue. They then changed reason to "another marketing channel credited" Don't use if cash back expected.

	Booked 3 hotels in Thailand in February. After a few nudges it came back cashback declined as the order was not fulfilled. I did take my family on holiday and did stay at the hotels. Don't expect any cashback with this merchant.

	Joke merchant, do not expect to get any cashback. As with others when I submitted a claim I got an "order yet to be fulfilled" message despite staying in the hotel several months ago.

	£25 didn't get tracked first of all, after lodging a cashback form, it was finally tracked. After a few months, aparantly 'Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction' which is rubbish. Any excuse not to pay out, stay away from agoda cashback

	I will never use Agoda again. I paid for a very expensive hotel thinking that the cashback amount I would get (£30) would offset some of the high cost and bring it just about within budget. Cashback declined. Really upset, do not use, you will be ripped off.

	Company just declined my cashback. Top cashback said it was unlikely that they could recover it?! It's only £17, but the order was fulfilled and holiday fully paid.

	Well no cashback for booking 7 hotels through them. I specifically booked with agoda because they offered cashback but as of yet no sign of any cashback from them. I have put claims in but months later still no response.

	cashback didn't track,needed to contact customer service repeatedly as voucher didn't appear, no faith in this merchant on any fron cashback or otherwise

	This is a joke - 4 separate transactions and none of them tracked - why bother misleading people to use the site when expectations can't be fulfilled. Waste of time

	Used this website to book a hotel back in February 2013 and despite submitting a cash back claim still nothing is showing as even pending. It may not have been a huge amount of money but it would appear that this is a favourite trick of theirs. I do not see how it can be justified to give them a 98% customer satisfaction rating as all I seemed to see in the last few reviews were people's disgust in their treatment by this company. I certainly would advise anyone not to book with this company through cash back site as you will never see the monies materialise. Choose any other company even if the offered cash back is at a lower level and then hopefully you will receive your monies.

	I've made about 20 purchases through topcashback over the last year or so, and agoda is the first one which hasn't tracked. Fortunately the price I paid for the hotel was no more expensive through agoda than any other discount hotel site, so I wasn't relying on a big cash back to bring it into line - but in future I'll use one of the other sites rather than agoda, hopefully they'll pay out as advertised.
