I They declined my initial cashback claim on 17th Feb and are now ignoring my missing cash back claim. spent almost £60 only to get no cashback. Not happy so far.

Do not use. declined for no good reason. Said had not gone through topcashback but I know I did as only used it for a bag my wife had seen in store. No need to search etc.

I agree with the previous review. White Stuff have started to zeroise the amount payable within a couple of days of the order. I have peviously had no problem.

I don't think that is very fair, but such is life.

Whitestuff have put up the cash back rate but are now paying out minus the VAT value - bonus is they are payign out faster!
