Barnstaple store I recently visited and shopped at, certainly I as impressed with the overall layout of the store a truly conducive shop. The layout made it possible to easily locate what was of interest to me as a shopper.The product range of merchandise is as varied as it is interesting, and offering attractive prices, the fashions have a competitive edge. The two members of staff at Barnstaple store were: Kim and Anna both of whom offered superb quality of service that too on a busy Friday when you were running a 20% attractive discount. Overall White Stuff has an intuitive image in all respects - please continue in this direction... john kelley

I have bought 3 or 4 times from this retailer - each time it has tracked quickly, but gone to £0.00.
Twice they have messed up the order - last time I ordered 4 items, two came separately, the other 4 still have not arrived, despite a phone call a week ago.
Not impressed!

Cashback declined
Cashback appeared pending for some weeks before being declined. I don't know if this was because I'd used a code or because I returned an item - about 40% of the order value. If it was the voucher then fair enough, and the value was much more than the cash back value. If it was the return I'm less impressed because it means it isn't possible to order multiple sizes for choice and returning anything that doesn't fit
