None of my three White Stuff cashback experiences tracked. All were taken to Topcashback customer service, and all have come back as 'Resolved but unpaid' with no explanation. Feel like their cashback promise is a con.

Tracked quickly and reflected correct cashback amount, then went to £0.00 payable. Status of missing cashback claim has shown as 'waiting for retailers response' for a few weeks now. Very disappointed in White Stuff as it seems quite dishonorable to try and get out of paying after the transaction's obviously gone through fine. OH likes the clothes, otherwise I wouldn't be back.

I have bought 3 or 4 times from this retailer - each time it has tracked quickly, but gone to £0.00.
Twice they have messed up the order - last time I ordered 4 items, two came separately, the other 4 still have not arrived, despite a phone call a week ago.
Not impressed!
