• Delivery & Collection

  Once you've decided what to buy using our White Stuff promotional codes, you can choose from a number of delivery options.

  You'll benefit from free delivery (standard) on orders of £70 and over, which will see your items arrive in 3-5 working days (Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays). Order by 10pm (midday on Sunday) and your order will arrive the next working day with express delivery, while there's also an express by 1pm service.

  Order by 5pm Monday-Thursday and get it by 1pm the next day, while orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Order before 10pm on a weekday and you can select a preferred delivery date (Monday-Friday) with nominated day delivery, while they also offer Monday and Saturday delivery for orders placed before midday on Sunday and 8pm on Friday respectively.

  As an alternative to home delivery, you can buy online and have your order sent to a White Stuff shop for free for next working day collection when you order by 10pm. Express orders placed before 10pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, while orders placed after 10pm on Friday may not arrive until Tuesday.

  The store will keep your items for 14 days, after which they'll be returned to the warehouse and you'll be refunded. You'll need to take along your confirmation email and a valid form of ID, such as a passport, driving licence or credit card.

• Returns

  If you need to return an item bought using our White Stuff discount codes, you can do so for a refund within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply).

  If you live on the UK mainland, you can send an item back using the free returns label on the bottom of your dispatch note. Any tags and packaging should be sent back too, if possible. If you're returning shoes or boots, they ask you to send them in their original box and pack them as securely as possible, while you should always ask for proof of postage from the Post Office.

  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, while if you want to exchange an item, you will need to specify the colour and size you'd like. If you return an item paid for by PayPal through the post, they'll only be able to offer a refund — you'll need to take it to a store if you want to exchange.

  Items can be returned to a White Stuff shop for a refund or exchange, as long as you take your dispatch note and a valid form of ID. Do this within seven days of receiving it and they'll also refund the delivery cost.

• White Stuff Gift Cards

  If you're looking to buy a great present which will make someone's birthday, Christmas or Mother's Day, a White Stuff gift card could be the ideal choice as it will allow them to purchase exactly what they want.

  Their physical gift cards can either be sent to you or the lucky recipient for them to use online or in-store, while a separate personal message can be included. Alternatively, you can choose an e-gift card, which can be delivered via email within two hours or scheduled for the future.

  Whichever option you go for, choose an amount between £10 and £250, fill in the details and add it to your basket. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or the last time it was used or topped up.
