• Delivery and Collection

  Whatever you buy, Peacocks offer free Yodel standard delivery on orders of £50 or more, which will see your items arrive in 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

  If you need your items sooner, order by 3pm Monday-Friday and you can choose from two Yodel express delivery options. The first will see your items arrive the next working day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), while their pre-noon service will see your order delivered before midday, though this is only available Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  If you live in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, express delivery will take 2-3 working days, while delivery may take up to seven working days to a small number of areas, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. Whichever option you choose, you can track your delivery via Myyodel.co.uk.

• Returns

  If you are not happy, you can return items for a full refund within 28 days of receipt, as long as they are sent back in a resaleable condition - unworn, unwashed, complete with original labels and in the original packaging (exclusions apply).

  If they send you the wrong item, or you receive faulty or damaged goods, they will refund the delivery charge, unless it was sent with other items you are not returning for any of these reasons. Should you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, you will need to contact the customer service team by phone or email.

  If returning by post, you will need to cover the cost and complete the returns form attached to the dispatch note, indicating the items you are returning and the reason why. Should you want an exchange, you can return the original item by post for a refund and place a new order or take it to a Peacocks store.

  If you take an item to a store, you will need to take the dispatch/refund note, although if you made your purchase using PayPal or Amazon, they will only be able to offer an exchange.
