Awful, ordered in Dec, Virgin failed to install and cancelled appointment day before, rebooked for a month later, and then my cashback tracked as 0 as 10 weeks had passed between me ordering and getting the internet connected. Then the bill was obv 4 weeks later. And they are still declining. FOR NOT REASON

Do not payout cashback!!!! DO not fall for their deals as it's all a sham. 18 Weeks waiting for my cashback, where it stated average wait time of only 5 weeks. No replies to opened claims.... Not using them until this is sorted.

Shambles. Signed up via special offer on this site. Offer not applied to account and spent 2 months battling for it. Virgin also sent an 'engineer' around to literally just plug the router in and tried to charge me £99 (they hadn't told me there was a charge). Now, 5 months on, cashback still not tracked. Useless.

0 stars I if could select that! Do not believe their quoted cashback. I have never had a problem with any other retailer using topcashback but Virgin refuse to recognise that I went through topcashback to take out their broadband deal. I wouldn't have selected Virgin had it not been for the £120 they were claiming I would receive for cashback. Do not trust!
