Hey!!! What type of cheating is this. I was keeping and on Stats and two days ago it said that last payment was received in August for transactions in March, now it says September for transactions in May. WHERE IS APRIL???? Mine was in April.

DO NOT get caught out with this company. They have the poorest customer service I have ever come across. Initial set up took weeks for them to come to my home and then the £130 Cashback has only just been made payable to me after 8 months. Internet is poor and doesn’t go throughout my home. Ridiculous company - really do not know why any business would want to work with them. Shocking!

I would have left just one star. But because of the brilliant work of the team at Topcashback, i will leave three. Took almost six months, it would have even taken longer, if not for the intervention of the team here. The 12 weeks wait is not even accurate, it takes longer so beware.

Awful, ordered in Dec, Virgin failed to install and cancelled appointment day before, rebooked for a month later, and then my cashback tracked as 0 as 10 weeks had passed between me ordering and getting the internet connected. Then the bill was obv 4 weeks later. And they are still declining. FOR NOT REASON
