Shocking amount of time waiting for this cashback. The only reason I took out a deal with Virgin is because the reviews said the pay out was quick and simple. Not in my case.

Joined Virgin for broadband in January, cashabck made payable at the end of July. Definitely won't bother again. Still not convinced that I've been paid the correct amount however there's no way that you can check what offers were available on signup, you just have to trust what TopCashback customer service says.

Got a nice whack of cashback for switching from sky, whole process was easy and cashback paid relatively quickly. Great for cashback, not so great for service but that review is for elsewhere!

Ordered Broadband and phone in Feb 19, no cashback appeared, claim submitted and here we are in June 19 and still not showing far less payable. Seems like false advertising, get you to order and then don't pay out.
