I sent in a general support ticket as 100 days had passed. Very prompt action and cash back has been reinstated and payable. Appears they discovered a problem and have rectified.

Purchased tyres in November, all tracked fine, but went to payable at £0.00. Now its greater than 100 days, so TCB will not help. Nothing wrong with ordering and the service aspect, also good prices from Tyre shopper but cash back no use at all as track back ammount changed to £0.00.

Tyre Shopper appear to be playing the system.
Same experience as other people on here.
1. The cashback tracks and is shown as pending.
2. The cashback shows as confirmed.
3. NOW HERE'S THE TRICK.... It then goes to £0 when moved to
payable, this will happen after the 100 day missing payment deadline.... So that no missing claim can be made.
SCAM... Won't use this company in the future, they should be removed from the top cashback site. AVOID

Tracked a couple of hours after transaction. Had tyres fitted at National Tyres excellent service and good price (inc, tyre guarantee). Used previously and got the cashback. Look forward to payment. Recommended.
