	At last they are getting their act together 15 plus weeks wait for pay out I think is rather extreme, and in the past all my purchases had to be manually tracked but it looks like Tool Station have got their SHT together as my last 4 items have tracked without issue.

	DENIED "not the final referer" Was putting in a new bathroom, kept buying little bits here and there, about £500 over 10 orders, every single one denied. Don't bother, it clearly doesn't track, use Wickes instead, they do (same parent ridiculously).

	Cashback denied Cashback from Toolstation on 2 occassions recently, plus on previous occassions, have been denied. I have mentioned to TCB that maybe it's time to remove them from the website. Always have issues when it comes to paying the cashback, even when I know I've followed the correct process to make my purchase.

	and again.... Toolstation not tracking!!!! I spend hundreds with Toolstation every year and it seems that anything over or above £50.00 does not track! Where I live the local Toolstation & Screwfix are about 200 yards apart, I used Toolstation first as they are on TopCashBack, so from now on I will use Screwfix as it makes no difference to me.

	Like most other comments, The automatic tracking of cashback from Toolstation never seems to work, a missing claim is raised, and it always gets rejected. Don't bother using Toolstation if you are looking for cashback. Utter waste on time

	AVOID. THEY NEVER PAY CASHBACK AND REJECT CLAIMS Don't bother clicking through as you won't receive cashback from toolstation. I have filed multiple missing cashback claims and they rejected each one with vague excuse: cashback is not payable. They clearly just don't want to pay even if you're a genuine customer.

	Not tracked Not tracked (like most looking at feedback),had to put in claim so looking like it will be refused, we will see, long wait now. Long time user of topcashback so know the routine, so should have tracked!

	You can get cashback, but sadly YOU have to chase TCB and usually raise a claim. I use a spreadsheet to log ALL TCB shops and then make sure the cashback gets acknowledged and paid. It's not just Toolstation that's very laid back in confirming cashback

	No longer a reliable company. Toolstation used to be pretty reliable at payouts, but no longer it seems. My purchase earlier this month for £96.67 didn't track, when it had an offer of 3.4% cashback for purchases over £80. I've raised a claim, but now seeing all the other recent comments here about Toolstation refusing all claims, I've no confidence it will be accepted. It really seems like TCB is getting worse and worse for non payouts - I've used it for years and know about accepting cookies, not going via other sites etc, but it seems like companies can just refuse their commitments with no comeback.

	Cashback didn't track again!! Spend loads with Toolstation... Cashback was not awarded again, because.... "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase."

	Waste of my time, doesn't pay ever, Waste of time, doesn't pay ever. I have bought frequently from this supplier, over £1000+ last year. I dont regularly check the detail in Topcash, but when I checked I found that Toolstation was one of the only retailers that hadnt been paying up. I was to late to raise this for a large percentage of my claims, but then even the ones I did raise were rejected because of some "reason" which involved a generic explanation of something I must have done wrong by TopCash. Nonsense. Waste of my time to use for them, to claim or to try and raise.

	Toolstation no longer pay They used to be reliable but now always say the transaction was not completed on tcb. There's no point in raising claims as they have no intention to pay out.

	Cash back rejected Good shop and good value products, however don’t expect your cash back to track and when you log this it just gets rejected, so do not use on the basis of cash back

	Won’t ever use Toolstation again When I made my first purchase as a new customer I received cash back, 3 purchases since then as an existing customer I have had to chase and then was rejected. They claim - voucher code being used, some items not being eligible or being returned, the cashback terms not being met or that TopCashback wasn’t seen as the last referrer of your purchase. Now this has happened 3 times I won’t use Toolstation ever again and stick with screwfix or someone else even if they don’t do cash back due to poor service. Rated 2 stars as got cash back first time

	Cashback no longer tracks Cashback from Toolstation always used to be reliable. Nowadays it doesn't seem to track at all! This is disappointing as giving cashback gives Toolstation a distinct price advantage over Screwfix, who no longer offer cashback.

	never tracks it correctly Every single time I have to open a case because TopCashback fails to track the purchase. Recently, the money shows up and then disappears again. It’s a good way to earn with this shop, but there’s always a real chance you won’t receive anything in the end.
