	Toolstation no longer pay They used to be reliable but now always say the transaction was not completed on tcb. There's no point in raising claims as they have no intention to pay out.

	Cash back rejected Good shop and good value products, however don’t expect your cash back to track and when you log this it just gets rejected, so do not use on the basis of cash back

	Dishonest Merchant Declined some transcripts when they clearly should have been paid as I even checked the referring cookies on my computer.

	Won’t ever use Toolstation again When I made my first purchase as a new customer I received cash back, 3 purchases since then as an existing customer I have had to chase and then was rejected. They claim - voucher code being used, some items not being eligible or being returned, the cashback terms not being met or that TopCashback wasn’t seen as the last referrer of your purchase. Now this has happened 3 times I won’t use Toolstation ever again and stick with screwfix or someone else even if they don’t do cash back due to poor service. Rated 2 stars as got cash back first time

	Frequent claims for missing cashback Cashback does not track. Have to make frequent manual claims! Painful!

	Cashback no longer tracks Cashback from Toolstation always used to be reliable. Nowadays it doesn't seem to track at all! This is disappointing as giving cashback gives Toolstation a distinct price advantage over Screwfix, who no longer offer cashback.

	never tracks it correctly Every single time I have to open a case because TopCashback fails to track the purchase. Recently, the money shows up and then disappears again. It’s a good way to earn with this shop, but there’s always a real chance you won’t receive anything in the end.

	A good company but rubbish at cashback. I had to open a ticket to get this actioned. I wont bother again, it is easier to go straight into branch.

	Doesn't track. Doesn't track had to put in claim, been waiting since 6th August for 10p, hardly worth all the effort, reluctant to use again. Probably won't get anything will post again later after outcome.

	Toolstation: Didn't track...again! Have used Top Cashback for multiple purchases from Toolstation on 'click and collect' this past week ( 09/25) not one of them has tracked. Disappointing situation which should be investigated. Don't advertise if it isn't going to track.

	Yet another retailer on TCB that doesn't track I've placed multiple orders from Toolstation via TopcCashback but they never track. This is a growing problem with TopcCashback, I'm considering using alternative platforms.

	click and collect is great. BUT friendly staff and ready to collect fast BUT the cash back does not track anymore since screwfix left topcashback. BOO.

	it's a chore to get the cashback they are a pain to extract the money from, never seems to track and you have to raise a case every time and seems to take forever to come back into your account.

	why do they list them why do they list them on top cash back when they decline people like me who buy from them all the time with no explanation why they will not pay up. when so many other retailers do shame on you Toolstation. if you don't want to give people cash back .stop using the site to push your store.

	Doesn't track anymore I place dozens of small orders a year and the last few months they rarely track. Very annoying as I dont have the time to constantly chase it up.
