	never pays out Numerous transactions, no cashback ever approved, something going wrong with them. 100s of pay outs from other vendors.

	Company is fine but cashback very rarely tracks. Almost always need to submit claim via TCB customer services - which then takes months to resolve. Don't have this issue with other, similar, companies so this looks like a deliberate policy (by someone).

	Nice kicker when its 5% cashback Regularly keep an eye out for the 5% promom cashback rates, but anything is a bonus when youre buying it anyway, especially if its for a job

	TOP CASH BACK promise is false We spend hundreds of pounds a year at Toolstation, and always go through Topcashback, every 2 months or so, I literally have to go through all our purchases to claim back the cash, to date I am still waiting for settlement on purchases dating back to the begining of the year. As a very large Plumbing & Heating company, we spend a huge amount over the year split between Toolstation and SCREWFIX. until this problem with TOPCASH BACK is resolved, we will no longer be using Toolstation.

	Don't bother they don't track your cashback Did everything according to Topcashback instructions, The purchase didn't track automatically, when I claimed the missing cashback they said I used another cashback site which I definitely did not because I only use Topcashback. So I advise use Screwfix instead.

	Unreliable cashback No cashback shows for many of my purchases, therefore, I use Screwfix wherever possible.

	Waste of time Made a purchase in September did not track put a claim in still waiting. Why Toolstation is still on Topcashback I don't know because cashback doesn't seem to get paid.

	If you're claim is more than a few pennies - forget it! Have had many claims for cashback with Toolstation paid when they are just for a few pence but as soon as I make a major purchase ---- surprise, it doesn't track --- a missing cashback is filed and after several weeks --- surprise, its declined, no reason given. Draw your own conclusions!!!
