	Cashback problem I have been using toolstation via TCB successfully for years. From about June 2023 my visits have shown “recorded” as usual, but no cashback has appeared in my account !

	Slow Offers good cashback rates but many a time doesn't show up and I have to file for missing cashback. A bit of a pain :(

	no track for many of toolstation order most of the recent order not track at all not border to lodge claim for such small order. even sometime show tracking but takes ages to get paid. i prefer turn to screwfix insted

	Toolstation Cashback I Use Toolstation regularly for the cashback but since the end of June cashback doesnt show , I have the same problem with Screwfix, seems unfortunate that there is nobody to contact about this. You can submit missing cashback claims but this takes too long for the amounts involved

	Never tracks! Switched to Toolstation as better rates, used to always track automatically. Never does now, time to switch back to Screwfix lower rates but always tracks. When you do have a ticket submitted it still takes 12 weeks for it to process which means approx 4-5 months for payable, ridiculous!

	Manual Claims Always used to track without fail and pay in batches within a reasonable time. However, recently i have to raise a manual claim for cash back, these do pay out but take a few months. Wouldn't be worth the hassle for the odd pence however i spend quite a bit with toolstation so it mounts up

	Cashback not always tracked Have bought things from toolstation on a fairly regular basis and always gone through topcashback. Very few tracked and turned up on the dashboard

	Poor payout history Each time I order from Toolstation I have to go to Top Cashback's excellent Customer Services and send a claim. Toolstation are very slow at then paying out. I am always very careful to go to their site through Top Cashback and enable all cookies and so forth, and other sites like e-bay pay out instantly. But Toolstation is poor.

	1 in every 2 Purchases Track Only half of my purchases track and I get a message from TCB teaching me how to suck eggs. Everything is done correctly on the same browser/device. It's a bug their end. When it does track it progresses to 'payable' quickly which is a saving grace.

	Did not track!! What a waste of time buying via TCB. Cashback would only be 0.09. Having to spend time to chase this. Not worth using TCB for future purchases for this merchant.

	Never tracks - manual claims always needed. I've been using Toolstation cashback for 2+ years now, the cashback never tracks, (most normally do on my laptop). Manual claims required every time, they do generally pay out but they definitely take their time about it! 6+ months for the average payout.
