	Don't bother they don't track your cashback Did everything according to Topcashback instructions, The purchase didn't track automatically, when I claimed the missing cashback they said I used another cashback site which I definitely did not because I only use Topcashback. So I advise use Screwfix instead.

	Very Poor Toolstation always takes months of chasing before they payout. I have never had one transaction gone through without a long delay.

	Unreliable cashback No cashback shows for many of my purchases, therefore, I use Screwfix wherever possible.

	Waste of time Made a purchase in September did not track put a claim in still waiting. Why Toolstation is still on Topcashback I don't know because cashback doesn't seem to get paid.

	If you're claim is more than a few pennies - forget it! Have had many claims for cashback with Toolstation paid when they are just for a few pence but as soon as I make a major purchase ---- surprise, it doesn't track --- a missing cashback is filed and after several weeks --- surprise, its declined, no reason given. Draw your own conclusions!!!

	Don't Trust Toolstation Sometimes transactions track, sometimes they don't, it's about 50:50. Of the half that fail I create claims and about half those are declined/offer the wrong rate. So all in all, I end up loosing cashback from about 1 in 4 purchases, and wasting a lot of time claiming. Screwfix is more reliable and honest.

	Can be better Up to now I have to go through topcashback customer help to get cash back from toolstation every time i do get in the end but it’s a pain cross checking date amount and order number when it should be registered with topcashback all ready I don’t know if it’s topcashback fault or toolstations wanting to keep the money hoping you will forget

	Avoid. They Don't Track Cashback. Like many others, I generally always check TCB before making online purchases, and have no issues with tracking or receiving cashback. Given that I seem to be not alone in Toolstation not recognising my purchase, should they still be allowed on TopCashBack?

	Cashback almost always fails to track I purchase from Toolstation regularly (generally every few days) and go through TopCashBack pretty much every time. It's the end of October now and the last cashback that tracked was in February. I'm too busy to keep records of purchases and to have to keep opening customer service tickets to chase failed cashback, but I don't like to think about how much I've lost. Not the experience a loyal customer wants or expects.
