shocking customer services, despite paying £1 for postage the tickets took 2 weeks to arrive, if it wasn't for the cashback i wouldn't use them again

The tickets were the same price as it would have been bought direct from Scotrail. Through Trainline I get the cash back.
The tickets were with us within 48 hours.

Trainline are now charging for administration which I find discusting seeing as it saves them money with transactions online. At least you can recoup something against the admin charges through this cashback offer so great!
