I made two transactions over two days with trainline. Both transaction FAILED to be tracked. No investigation is possible as the cashback amount is less than £1 per transaction.

The tickets were the same price as it would have been bought direct from Scotrail. Through Trainline I get the cash back.
The tickets were with us within 48 hours.

Trainline are now charging for administration which I find discusting seeing as it saves them money with transactions online. At least you can recoup something against the admin charges through this cashback offer so great!

Tickets bought June 24th; tracked within 18 hours; estimated date around end of August. It may not be much for casual train users, but for heavy commuters, you can possibly save quite alot. I'd reccommend it.

thetrainline did not track my claim at all. I went through the missing claim process and it is now showing as pending. I had one other missing claim from thetrainline but unfortunately I did not keep any details from the transaction, so I am unable to track it at all. I would recommend you pay special attention to thetrainline claims and make sure you keep all details in case you need to manually submit your claim.
