No problems with cashback, however do be careful if you ever have to change your address on the site. I thought I'd booked tickets, but due to changing my address partway through the transaction it hadn't processed properly. By the time I realised and booked again the price had gone up!

Great website for finding cheap train tickets. Tickets were posted to me quickly. Shame the cashback deal isn't better to offset the rising ticket prices.
