Hit and miss. Used trainline for some time but then found could use Topcashback. Great as use Topcashback for allsorts. Used 5 times in about 6 weeks and had only 2 paid. Other 3 in customer care. Still use Topcashback to book trains but now use Expedia who I never had any problems with. Great site Topcashback.

Cashback has been delivered on most occasions. However I am using this site less and less due to 1. not always tracking 2. booking fees online even when picking the tickets up from a station myself
