I purchased my ticket well in advance and then found it was not valid for the trip by the time I needed to use it and needed to buy a more expensive ticket for exactly the same trip! They refunded original ticket price but I had to pay approx £40 extra for the same trip.Still dealing with complaint, they blame Midlands trains, who say deal with Trainline! Can't award no star rating or I would.
