I spent over £200 back in March. A support ticket for my claim has been open since , but there's still no sign of cashback nearly 9 months later and no explanation for the delay.

Never pay cashback - despite going to trainline via the TCB links the payments are Always declined. Don't bother if you are looking for cashback.

Excellent service. Cashback was payable very quickly. My only comment would be I didn't see wnywhere that you have to wait until after your journey before cashback is confirmed. It makes sense I suppose but I thought I wasn't getting it!

TERRIBLE DONT PAY OUT. THEY DECLINE EVEN THE LOWEST PAYOUT like 15p. The point is, don't expect to receive anything from these fools. Not worth using the link if you can save using voucher codes etc elsewhere. TC don't show you the recent reviews only the high rated ones which is very decieving
