	I love The Works, and shop with them around once a month. But my purchases never, ever track! Not once! I have to raise a claim each time. So great store, rubbish for TCB!

	Cashback didn't track and they failed to allocate it when I put in a claim, saying that I didn't go through topcashback.

	I am normally one of TopCashBacks biggest advocates. I put three separate orders in, enticed by the 20% cashback. All three were declined. Lodged three claims. All declined. Apparently I visited the site earlier (well I didn't) and even if I did this was not in the small print. I don't think The Works should be on TopCashBack - you're better off going to a more trusted merchant than this one.

	The cashback NEVER tracks I have to submit a claim EVERYTIME I shop with them. Just about to do another claim now.

	Clicked directly from TopCashBack.co.uk onto TheWorks.co.uk, purchased a few items, paid immediately and awaited my cashback.... to no avail. Like a few other merchants recently, The Works seem to be pleading ignorance and not paying the cashback over!!!

	No cashback received, have bought things twice and nothing tracked at all, either time. It would be no stars at al, but I can't leave feedback unless I give them at least one. I won't bother again.

	Don't rely on the cashback, offer you 20% and don't pay up - say you didn't go through the proper prcedures!

	Had two orders snkch did not track. Raised two claims which have now tracked but don;t seem to be going anywhere. Disappointing!

	Cashback refused for no valid reason as far as I can see. The company was fine to shop from. Nice products and good delivery but don't rely on The Works to give the cashback due.

	I placed a large order for my office with the works. I was told to wait upto 14 working days.At the end of 14 working days I sent an email to ask where my order was to be told that the entire order had been cancelled, their explanation that it was "due to a stock error" and that I could have a refund within another 48 hours. I had received no email, no explanation and was totally disgusted with their behaviour. Effectively they kept my payment in their bank for over 3 calendar weeks and provided nothing. I will try them one more time just to see if any company could be so incompetent to fail so abysmally on 2 out of 2 attempts.

	Very poor, did not track cashback and got someone else order.. Still waiting after 3 weeks for them to arrange collection.. I don't think they really know what they are doing when it comes to online shopping to be honest..

	I have never managed to get a Code to work, and the cashback doesn't track - and there is no follow up from TopCashback.

	My experiences with the Works don't reflect the statistics. Codes didn't work, and I have had cashback failed to track. Their customer service is nil, though I guess at their prices they are running everything on the cheap. My advice is don't rely on the cashback. They say that for everything, of course, but it's only the Works (so far...) where I have been let down.

	Absolutely diabolical. Transacted through topcashback using a discount code from topcashback, but cashback has been refused (after not hearing anything for 8 months). I will never use this seller again and would warn any others not to. Complete fraud.
