Despite acknowledgement that my visit had been recorded the cashback did not track and my claim was rejected. I won't bother with them again.

Have gone to the website and ordered twice through TopCAshBAck. Neither time did I get any cashback,but as the price and deals on their site are a bargain anyway,I wasn't that fussed.Would still use again and if I get some cashback, it's abonus.

Pretty rubbish company really. Never pay out cash back. Thats why cash back rates are so high! Items are cheap, but theres a reason for this.... Items ALWAYS arrived bent/scratched/dented. Obviously not sorted well in warehouse and packing is not sufficient.

When it tracks it's great, however this doesn't happen very regularly! I've chased up more claims with this company then I've had to with anyone else, & they're always unsuccessful, even though I've used topcashback for a very long time & do everything right. They offer very high cashback rates, safe in the knowledge that they won't bother paying the majority of the transactions!

Rates are very good, however having to report Missing cashback each time is annoying, Not Topcashbacks fault, but the Works seem to be slow to pay unless you chase them, hence the 2 stars

Couple of orders placed, no cashback tracked. Not happy. Orders for low value so not particularly bothered but will not be using them again. Still waiting for one item to arrive. No doubt I'll have to complain. Maybe I should stick to the stores?

The cashback tracked at a lower rate to the advertised rate. There were two discount codes available on TopCashBack at the time of purchase. A £5 off when you spend £20 one and a 15% discount one. I had an order total of £25 but the £5 off £20 discount code didn't work at the checkout so I used the 15% discount one, which only discounted 15% off certain products. I queried the discount codes with The Works and they didn't respond until after the discount codes had expired, then all they told me was the codes are no longer valid which didn't explain anything! The website was very slow and crashed quite a few times when I tried to use it. The books could have been packed better and didn't arrive in immaculate condition.

A number of cashbacks declined. Advertise a high cashback rate (18-21%), but if they are subsequently declined then whats the point!

No Cashback, lodged a claim but not hopeful, items missing from order and only when I emailed I was then told it was out of stock :( full refund but had to wait for 2 weeks to be told that.

The cashback didn't track dispite my visit being recorded. When my delivery arrived the acrylic paint had split inside due to poor packaging and was all over the other items that I ordered. It made a right mess. I was waiting for the other items so I didn't return it but the clean up took ages! The Topcashback team are chasing up the cashback and they are just great. I won't be ordering from The Works online again though.

I have placed two orders and neither have tracked for cashback so I have had to lodge claims, which is very disappointing. It's a shame as The Works were very good and sent me out a product that was missing from an order very promptly after I contacted them by email, so their customer service was good in this instance. However the lack of cashback is letting them down in my opinion and I am not sure if I will place any further orders. I will come back and comment again if it gets resolved, but in the meanwhile I would advise not to place an order and expect to get the cashback!

awful customer service. No phone number to call only online forms which get ignored. Half my order (made in early December) did not arrive. Enquired in early Jan (couldn't earlier as delivery address was the school I worked at and was closed over the holiday so needed to see if it had been delivered) was told the book was out of stock when I ordered it back in December yet according to their website it was still being sold and was in stock in January a month AFTER I ordered it..

Placed an order on 30 November which included Christmas gifts - not rec'd by 10 days later so I contacted them to ask why/ if there was a delay - 2nd parcel dispatched & rec'd within 1 working day - FAB!!!... Not really, 3 items missing with no advice as to why - DISAPPOINTING... No satisfactory response to my email request for refund for non rec'd items - claim submitted via Paypal No cashback tracked either, despite 2/ 3 nudges

Ordered a book as a gift for Christmas. Placed the order on 16 December and specifically forked out £5.99 for 1-2 day express delivery to guarantee my order would arrive before Christmas. By 18 December I still had no email to confirm my order had been dispatched, let alone have it on my doorstep when I arrived home. I contacted the company, who informed my order was dispatched the previous day (17 December) - nice of them to inform me! And asked me to confirm it had arrived on 18 December, which it obviously hadn't. Still waiting for my order, requested a refund for the expensive delivery cost (which was not fulfilled) but they made no comment. Will not be ordering from them again, will just stick to Amazon in future (whether or not cashback is available).

I had to lodge a missing cashback for my order, despite doing everything through top cashback! Im afraid I wont be using the works again! Everything else they did was fab I just wish they had behaved and given me my cashback without me having to fight for it!

Now been waiting 8 weeks for Snap and Save offer, did not track and so no payment. Ordered again, still did not track back. Hoping Top cash back can sort it, would not use again after this experience.

Awful time with The Works. Initially, I had a discount code that was not applied then one of the items I ordered had to be cancelled as the stock availability online was incorrect and then finally one of the items was missing from my order! To top it all, the cashback tracked but seems to be taking forever to be confirmed. Decided to give them another go today and again the discount codes will not apply. I will happily buy the odd thing in store but will never use the website again.
