No cashback, should be removed
I see Temu are offering 35% cashback to new customers today. They may as well offer 100% cashback as they don't pay it! 8 months on and still no response and it looks like I'm not the only one. If TCB were monitoring the reviews and cashback claims properly they'd remove Temu from the site instead of promoting them on their banner offers as they're damaging TCB's reputation.

8 Months and still waiting
Ordered from Temu 4 times this year. Had to file a claim for missing cashback every time. They have still not paid out with the first claim being over 8 months ago. Seems like a scam to get you to purchase while never actually paying out the cashback.

My 28% new customer cashback was not given, Temu just given me the cash back for existing customer only. The claim was made since Jun 2024, today is 27 Sep 2024 but it is still pending for Temu's reply.

I have made so many purchases through temu and not recieved ONE cashback.
I brought this up with topcashback and they said i must screenshot EVERY transaction to them!!!! And if a discount was made by temu, then i get nothing. THIS IS VERY WRONG.

I have had to submit a claim for every single purchase ( and there have been a few because let's face it they provide great value).
I have had to nudge several times because after 6 months we are still waiting for a retailer response.

I love shopping on here you get loads of great stuff and it’s much cheaper than most places however if you go through the cashback sites ( which are a great way to save up money) it takes ages for Temu to come back with the cashback it takes so long ! But I suppose other companies may be the same.

The items are not great, parts missing, bits broken and the constant barrage of messages to buy stuff is dreadful. And no getting cash back from them. I wouldn't bother tbh.
