	Many orders placed, none tracked and cashback always refused I have placed many orders with Temu through Topcashback but not one of them tracked and, when I did log a missing cashback the retailer refused every time.

	Mostly reliable, if a bit slow Orders usually track first time. Cashback eventually becomes payable, but there is a long validation period. They let themselves down with their extremely long process to check up missing cashback.

	Temu Review so i always use Temu so i thought about using Temu threw Top Cash Back And yea works ok u shop follow the agenda and get paid at the end of it, Only concern is that sometimes Temu can go over the deadline of paying you.

	14 weeks to receive cashback Temu are quite good at acknowledging the transaction and cashback amount. However the 14 week wait to receive the cashback feels quite unnecessarily long compared to other stores. eBay is 6 weeks for example. I would like to understand the process in the background which causes a 14 week wait time, but still its better than nothing!

	No cashback shows Twice tried cashback from Temu through TopCashback but NO visit recorded then when put missing claim in for missing cashback, shows as visited, both purchases show lesser amount payable!

	No Cashback from Temu Twice I have left feedback on Trustpilot about Temu not issuing any cash back and they give it all the talk and promises and still no cash back not ordering from them anymore supplied the order numbers and everything they asked for but nothing has been done

	5 Claims Ongoing Stared using Temu in February this year and now have 5 claims with Temu. Never have this problem with other retailers.

	This is very good to be able to get cashback on this site Being able to get cashback from this retailer is very good as they already have really low prices. It is so easy to do just to go to this site first the only thing is remembering to go here first.

	Cashback always tracks Have used temu via TCB many times. It has always tracked automatically for me. It usually takes ages for the cashback to be paid… But it always gets paid eventually. So I have nothing to complain about

	Rarely Tracks Automatically.. Excellent cashback rate with Topcashback but it rarely tracks automatically. A claim needs to be made if details can be remembered.

	PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE!!!! Cashback tracks and normally shows on my account the following day, but does take a while to change to confirmed and payable. You have to remember that to earn cashback, you MUST complete your purchase on the website - NOT on the app! I normally sort out what I want using the app, and then click through TCB to Temu and purchase immediately on the website.
