No longer tracks. Declines cashback for no reason. AVOID.
Temu used to track and pay cashback with no problems. Recently nothing tracks. And if you put in a legitimate claim for the missing cashback, they simply decline and you have no comeback. Should be thrown off TopCashBack.

Been a good Temu journey so far
To date, I'm pleased with my purchase experience. There were ocassions that the items were damaged or faulty but Temu always refunded after I provided the pics (fair enough) as I'd expect the same if I'm a business owner.

Declines cashback because I used credit
Cashback is declined if you use your Temu credit to pay for the order.
I also lost my £2.00 Topcashback bonus due to this being declined.
Not happy.

Cashback is never tracked. A ticket with customer service needs to be opened for every purchase. It takes months for Temu to answer, and the cashback is then declined.

Why does topcashback let companies like Temu on their website, they constantly decline my genuine transactions. It never ever tracks in the first place either. Come on topcashback its about time you removed them from your site

Most purchases from this retailer are untracked resulting in a claim having to be made. I have had more problems obtaining cashback with this retailer than any other.
Generous cashback when received.
