	Good on tracking and payment I have bought via Temu before and am happy with the over all tracking and payment. Also the site sellers I have chosen were good on processing and delivery.

	Never tracks or pays up Claims always declined. I never use a discount code or anything. 95% of other transactions with other retailers track OK and if ñot all claims accepted. Why are Temu like this? . They ought to be removed from the site!

	Neve, ever tracks, but ALL other retailers do! I have to lodge a claim for EVERY single transaction with Temu, but ALL other retailers, like AliExpress, automatically track within the hour, so it's NOT me, or the browser I'm using. It's like they want your business, but never want to pay you!!

	hit and miss sadly hit and miss with CB.. sometimes tracks but at a much lower rate, stuff that doesn't track i always submit a claim with mix results.

	Tracks minus VAT and a bit more! They're dodgy at paying out, and they track at a lower amount than just taking off 20% VAT. Even when shipping is free, I find Temu tracks at just 76-78% of the total.

	Doesnt seem to want to pay out The first couple of small orders placed, i received cashback but on my 2 highest priced orders declined both with no viable reason, also can take up to 3 months to make their decision, very poor merchant

	Temu Not impressed, it's 50:50 if temu tracks, and you have to wait 18+weeks to pay if you are lucky enough to get it to track. Think I'll give up on temu.

	Tracks well Temu usually tracks and appears as pending within 2 days of a purchase. Payment does take a couple of months but you do not have to mess about raising claims like you do with some of the biggest names on the UK high street. Well done Temu.

	A very pleasant experience! I was looking to buy a few items from TEMU for a while. When I opened my Top Cashback account and typed TEMU in the search bar, I was pleasantly surprised to see that a new customer was getting a very high percentage of cashback; therefore, I completed my purchase. I also felt confident that I was using the correct site, and now I am happy to shop with confidence. The order was delivered quite fast, and the cashback followed, first pending and later available for spending or transfer. Highly recommended!
