	Rubbish Didn't track at all. After the claim, they put it on ice for over two months, which just proves it's another well-known scam. I would never have tried it if not for the 28% cashback offer, which made me give it a go. Another disappointment that could have been avoided with an honest and verified approach. Also, the Topcashback plugin doesn’t even recognise any discount when on Temu’s site, which clearly proves it isn’t even registered with them.

	Really impressed Ordered for the first time with Temu, they gave really good updates on the parcels whereabouts at all times. The parcel arrived with all things as expected and hardly any packaging waste. Will absolutely be reordering from them.

	Put on ice? Made 1st order to temu not tracked(why) I think they just don't pay, puts you off placing another order should be sorted a lot quicker!!

	Cashback Declined Placed two separate orders on different dates and Temu have declined the cash back on both - not worth using it in my view

	Not easy to obtain cashback. Cashback claims do not usually go through automatically and claims need to be made. Good rate of cashback offered.

	Temu never pay me They never pay - I always have to claim - and they always say ' Did not meet retailer conditions' or some such nonsense. I have never used a voucher code on my orders so what other conditions can they be talking about.? When I ask for TEMU to be removed from Topcashback they say 'they have a 97% tracking rate' to which I would say - NOT WITH ME and what about their rating on here!!

	received I have received the offer after 7 month. I have submitted a ticket and sent nudges a few times. The cashback became available to withdraw immediately after. Wait time was so long.

	Shouldn't be on cashback Tacks order then declines and after submitting cashback missing claims it just states order wasn't tracked. Make it make sense. Ps all rules were followed.

	cash back I have always got cash back it can take 18 weeks I also had a couple of problems with items I received refund was always paid back some items are very cheap quality but most are good for the price you pay

	Temu never pay out cashback - Topcashback USELESS Cashback never tracks. Put in claims & they are constantly declined. Unable to post a reply on each claim to challenge non payment as I get an error, every single time... I always go via topcashback but apparantly that's not good enough. Thoroughly disenchanted with Temu & Topcashback who fail to process anything correctly.

	waste of time expecting cashback from Temu Don't expect any cashback from Temu. Purchase didn't track. Claim denied by retailer. Yet another example of a dishonest company lying to get your business...and it leaves a sour taste in the mouth, so next time I want to buy something, I might just shop elsewhere.

	Yet another Denied for no reason claim. So as with the HUNDREDS of others that have reviewed temu l have been told that my transaction does not meet the retailors terms and conditions but we never know what ones and nothing in the terms and conditions every say. Further to this as per the Hundreds of complaints it does seem to be a very common complaint and they just dont want to pay out on Large or small order and even dont want to pay out on multipul orders. I have not had a temu order l have not had to claim for.
