	Cashback missing on several occasions now First few orders received cash back from Temu even though took a long time for it be available to use. Recently even though it states that access to site has been tracked to their site it doesn't appear in my account I have put in a claim for items bought in May but still nothing - disappointing as I like the goods Temu supplies.

	Cashback refused Never had a problem with cashback until the last two orders refused for cashback, have no idea why, and the latest order has not been acknowledged so will have to put in another claim

	Temu do not pay cash back They are terrible and I have a number of claims but non will be paid. So do not waste your time going through TCB it will not happen

	SLOW to pay up At first they were prompt to pay. I noticed this year that they are months in arrears ands there is no way to get through to speak to them about this. As you have this system set up with them why don't you do something about it? You also make things difficult.

	Quick Payout I love Temu and shop there often. Cashback is just the icing on the cake. Temu pays out the cashback quicker than most other sellers, including eBay!

	Poor Cash back not tracking Over the last 4 months NONE of my orders have have tracked, so I have not received any cash back. So I have missed out on a lot of money I could of got back.

	Never ever tracks. AliExpress tracks EVERY time You have to raise a not tracked every single time. NEVER have this problem with any other site, so it’s definitely them and not me. TCB need to remove them from here, or sort it out. Just noticed a 50% cashback from them… you’ll still get nothing! So, only use them if they have what you want and it’s cheaper than AliExpress
