	No Problems Here Every purchase I've made has landed properly on Topcashback. However, I do make sure that I always return to the first window before going to my basket. So many windows open up everytime you use Temu I'm sure it's system gets confused.

	Hardly ever tracks Hardly ever tracks and filing a missing cashback claim isn't worth the time seeing as you have to do one for each individual item.

	Temu didn't keep their word about cashback . I cannot trust Temu. They promised to give me 50% cashback when I purchased over £40 many Months ago . Then they ignored tracking my cashback until now, although I claimed a missing cashback many Months ago. Do not trust what Temu said about cashback. Temu didn't keep their word.

	Declined for no reason Purchase tracked correctly, but, cashback declined. Looks at the feedback this appears to be regular occurrence. Wouldn't use again.

	Temu When you click on Temu to make purchases, it brings you up to a new page. Suddenly all the prices are different calculated on how you’re purchasing and if you want to go to your basket, you have to go through Safari which then takes you off to TopCashback not working anymore and Temu are despicable if they give you a credit they deduct it from the items and change the prices of items that were in your basket. It’s incredibly clever and a great big con.

	Temu Takes forever for cashback to become payable, and most times does not track, and when you raise a query it very often gets lost as company does not respond. 2? max.

	Just total hassle and unfair Every time i buy from temu, i have to manually enter a ticket for untracked cashback. Then if i make two putchases on the same day, the drop down menu only allows you to do it once. Also, if you spend for example £200, and happen to return an item thats faulty or not sent at all, they totally reject the whole £200 purchase. It is wrong and very very unfair and topcashback do not seem to do anything about it.

	Okay for cheap bits Delivery takes a couple of weeks, and some things look smaller than in the photos. It’s alright, but you get what you pay for.

	no cash back Cash back was not given even though it states that I would get cashback. After contacting Temu to find out why I have not got the cashback I was told (Regarding the matter, as per checking by our relevant department, the order PO-210-05048162350710023 was not associated with any corresponding promotion. This is probably the reason why the cashback not issued.) Seems that TEMU does not give you what they advertise, just lies.

	Good prices, but mixed quality and shipping times The platform offers an impressive variety of items at very low prices. It’s a fun place to shop for cheap gadgets and budget-friendly household goods. However, the product quality can be hit-or-miss, and shipping sometimes takes much longer than expected. It’s okay for a bargain, but don't expect top-tier quality.

	Generally not great Many orders have not tracked and payout is usually quite slow. Not sure that the whole amount spent actually qualifies?
