	Didn't Honour Cashback Claim didn't track automatically. Raised a manual ticket and after a few months claim was denied because "didn't meet the T&Cs". No further explanation. Won't bother again with Temu.

	Excellent service as usual I had a money back missing from a purchase I had made. Finding the cash back request in the Customer Service tab, it was easy to request it back. After putting the company in, it then gives all the times I'd been on the site, I chose the transaction and within a week I was informed my cash back had been updated. So simple dont miss out on your payments.

	Temu Experience Temu are ok. They have some good stuff at good/excellent prices. Ive never had cashback refused but you do have to wait some times months for the cashback to be come payable. Also tracking has never been a problem.

	Not sure why Temu is even on TCB... I love Temu itself but there is no point in them being on TCB. Every purchase has had to be chased up and not a single one has been paid out by Temu. Pointless.

	Easy to do, just need to remember to go through the cashback app Went to cashback app then scrolled for Temu and ordered as usual.

	Pays well eventually It would be more if I remembered to go through top cashback but its so easy my daughter refered me and its building up nicely but temu takes a while to payout even so it all adds up eventually.

	An excellent company I was very pleased with my purchase , the cost of the item and the speed at which the merchant gave me the cash back. This company is professional in how it promotes and encourages the reader to purchase items it has identified as being of interest to the viewer. I am also glad that it is now organising for the shipping to be local as well as delivered quickly
