	waste of time expecting cashback from Temu Don't expect any cashback from Temu. Purchase didn't track. Claim denied by retailer. Yet another example of a dishonest company lying to get your business...and it leaves a sour taste in the mouth, so next time I want to buy something, I might just shop elsewhere.

	Yet another Denied for no reason claim. So as with the HUNDREDS of others that have reviewed temu l have been told that my transaction does not meet the retailors terms and conditions but we never know what ones and nothing in the terms and conditions every say. Further to this as per the Hundreds of complaints it does seem to be a very common complaint and they just dont want to pay out on Large or small order and even dont want to pay out on multipul orders. I have not had a temu order l have not had to claim for.

	Money back I had been using Temu for some time before I was told to go through TopCashBack, as I already had topcashback it was very easy,cash back is not bad earned quite abit from Temu as it’s a great place to shop

	Most cashback approved, but does take ages I have placed about 10 Temu orders and received cashback for the majority, it does take a few months though.

	No longer tracks. Declines cashback for no reason. AVOID. Temu used to track and pay cashback with no problems. Recently nothing tracks. And if you put in a legitimate claim for the missing cashback, they simply decline and you have no comeback. Should be thrown off TopCashBack.

	Items sent out to me are not all they seem I have experienced about 30% of my goods being cheap and not what I expected. I have finished telling them that the item is not as described and that I would like my money back or credited. In most cases they have done this but only if you show them pictures. Some items are ok and the timing is within what they say always. They could improve I feel in areas such as descriptions laid out in more detail. Also have to watch out for the cost of the item going but also going down in price as I have found out daily

	Declines cashback because I used credit Cashback is declined if you use your Temu credit to pay for the order. I also lost my £2.00 Topcashback bonus due to this being declined. Not happy.

	TEMU - Poor Cashback is never tracked. A ticket with customer service needs to be opened for every purchase. It takes months for Temu to answer, and the cashback is then declined.

	Temu has to be removed them from your site Why does topcashback let companies like Temu on their website, they constantly decline my genuine transactions. It never ever tracks in the first place either. Come on topcashback its about time you removed them from your site
