	Missing cashback The cashback never seems to happen. Nearly always have to put a claim in which more often than not get refused.

	Okay for cheap bits Delivery takes a couple of weeks, and some things look smaller than in the photos. It’s alright, but you get what you pay for.

	no cash back Cash back was not given even though it states that I would get cashback. After contacting Temu to find out why I have not got the cashback I was told (Regarding the matter, as per checking by our relevant department, the order PO-210-05048162350710023 was not associated with any corresponding promotion. This is probably the reason why the cashback not issued.) Seems that TEMU does not give you what they advertise, just lies.

	Good prices, but mixed quality and shipping times The platform offers an impressive variety of items at very low prices. It’s a fun place to shop for cheap gadgets and budget-friendly household goods. However, the product quality can be hit-or-miss, and shipping sometimes takes much longer than expected. It’s okay for a bargain, but don't expect top-tier quality.

	Generally not great Many orders have not tracked and payout is usually quite slow. Not sure that the whole amount spent actually qualifies?

	Won't pay out! I currently have 7 cashback claims in for Temu since January as they are not tracking (I had 8 but one was declined). They really don't want to pay out!

	Criminal I make regular purchases through this site using Topcashback, But my cashback never gets paid by the company, I have to dispute every single transaction! On rare occasion when do show in my account it then gets declined for no reason! I also feel it is very wrong of Topcashback to continue allowing them to falsely advertise chasback on this website with no intention of paying what is owed!

	Great Purchases I have shopped with Temu for over 2 years. I buy specific items they sell at a great price for my card making. I have also bought a few items of clothing and I have been very pleased with my winter jumpers. They are on Topcashback.uk and I have through my purchases received cash back every penny counts.

	They Cancel Cashback Quite a few times they have just cancelled cashback for no reason. When it happened for the 25th December I thought it might just be anti-Christian but it has happened a few times since. It just means that I shop there less often or not at all!

	Tracking I seem to be having a similar problem to others. The cashback doesn’t seem to be registering on my cashback account. Having the same problem with a few other retailers!
