	No Cash Back from Temu Supposedly TCB were not the last referrer so did not track/pay out. No one else referred me and I cleared cookies etc. Top Cash Back customer services were excellent though!

	You won't receive the promised Cashback I followed instructions to the letter, they came up with some lame excuse for not paying out the promised 28% Cashback. It's basically lies.

	Zero cashback The last cashback I had from Temu was March 2025, and that was 4 months after the order was submitted. Now I go through the motions of requesting cashback, but knowing it will not happen. Guess I've had nothing back from them for the past 5 or 6 orders. It's just a free advertisement channel for them I suppose, stringing people along with hope of something.

	No Cashback and Customer Service Doesn’t Care I clicked through for the 50% CASHBACK new customer offer and after over 4 months my cashback didn’t track and customer service don’t care. They instead gave me instructions on how to “ensure” I get cashback in future. Temu must be working with TopCashback to take people’s money and then not pay out. Deleting my Topcashback account as soon as my reward clears.

	Cashback doesn't track Disappointed that despite the cashback being offered by TEMU via topcashback but it doesn't track. Having raised a query with TEMU via Topcashback I am told that my purchases did not meet the conditions, I have no idea why and it's not explained. Feels a bit scammy to me

	Hit or miss quality Cheap prices and a few items were fine, but the overall quality is very hit-or-miss. Delivery also took a bit longer than expected.

	Same Story every order Sorry but we have contacted the retailed and they state its not an acceptable claim, challenge and then a few back n forths it gets sorted. TCB are obviously aware of issues and have been for years but do nothing!!!! Shocking, probably keeping the money themselves.

	Decent prices, but mixed cashback experience The items arrived on time and quality was okay for the price you pay. However, the cashback didn't track automatically at first, so I had to submit a missing cashback claim. It was eventually sorted, but took quite a while to pay out. Good for cheap products, but keep an eye on your tracking.

	No Problems Here Every purchase I've made has landed properly on Topcashback. However, I do make sure that I always return to the first window before going to my basket. So many windows open up everytime you use Temu I'm sure it's system gets confused.

	Hardly ever tracks Hardly ever tracks and filing a missing cashback claim isn't worth the time seeing as you have to do one for each individual item.

	Nothing wrong with Temu. Cash back app not worth the effort. Cash back takes too much fee so not worth the trouble
