Never had a problem with cashback until the last two orders refused for cashback, have no idea why, and the latest order has not been acknowledged so will have to put in another claim

SLOW to pay up
At first they were prompt to pay. I noticed this year that they are months in arrears ands there is no way to get through to speak to them about this. As you have this system set up with them why don't you do something about it?
You also make things difficult.

Never ever tracks. AliExpress tracks EVERY time
You have to raise a not tracked every single time. NEVER have this problem with any other site, so it’s definitely them and not me.
TCB need to remove them from here, or sort it out.
Just noticed a 50% cashback from them… you’ll still get nothing!
So, only use them if they have what you want and it’s cheaper than AliExpress

Temu cashback
Tracking any Temu purchases is always unreliable on my devices and I usually have to submit a "Missing Cashback" claim. This adds 60 days to time before I would get any cash back from my purchase. I don't believe this is the fault of Temu.
