5 months and still waiting for cash back ! I’m surprised at topcashback
I am very surprised at topcashback allowing a supplier to make customers wait 5 months plus to receive cashback ! Not only does this reflect badly on Temu but on Topcashback as well !

Never once tracked
I prefer multiple times a month from temu and never once has a cashback tracked.
I do my bit, log a claim, enter all the info, every single time, but still nothing.
I have claims over 5 months old still 'awaiting retailer'
They continue to advertise that cashback is available but surely the admin work involved in keep tracking missing claims isn't worth the grief, should just be removed.
Feel like I could clear my mortgage in what I'm owed!! ??

About 1 year l have been waiting for cashback and dont think l will see it. Tho its not a record. I have had some track but it is very hit and miss.

Dodgy company doesn't pay cashback
Only discovered this company 3-4 months ago and made several purchased from them, so far not a single cashback has been confirmed or paid. In fact, I have just been declined a cashback from the other cashback website (TCB's competitor) for my purchase with Temu. It seems that Temu doesn't pay cashback. It is very unwise for the cashback promoters to carry on promoting such dodgy company. I won't be paying from Temu again for sure. You've now been warned!!!

turn off notifications and keeps you sending money
Very pushy to keep sending money, you get offers saying £100.00 off when it's not it's the same price it always has been but £100.00 more to make it look like it is a saving, you have to turn off notifications because they're at it all the time very annoying.
there is always a £15.00 minimum spend this should be lowered to £5.00
